Job Summary
We are seeking a Branch Manager to join our team As a Branch Manager, you will be managing the day-to-day runnings of the branch location, including scheduling staff members, handling performance reviews, and maintaining excellent records and reports. You will also be working each day to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, address any minor and major client issues, and overall foster a strong work environment. The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership ability, has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, as needed
  • Interview and hire new staff
  • Work closely with clients to strengthen relationships and solve both simple and complex problems as they arise
  • Create a strong, positive work environment to retain staff
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to run a branch or lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask, and shift priorities as needed
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office suite

This is a remote position.
