We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

  • Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track project progress and update project documentation as needed.
  • Fiel Inspections.
  • Communicate with project team members to ensure alignment on project goals and tasks.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.
  • Maintain project files and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project status and performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience working in a project coordination or administrative role, minimum three (3) years of experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
