• Project Control Specialist

The Project Control Specialist will play a critical role in analyzing project data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project control processes and procedures to ensure effective project monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality, and identify areas of concern or improvement.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for project stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and forecasts, and track actual project costs against budget.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues.
• Support project change management processes, including tracking and evaluating change requests.
• Provide training and support to project team members on project control processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in project controls, project management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus.
