Summary of Position
This person is responsible for distilling and presenting information to the the project management team. The work will inform the estimate and project planning process and facilitating the communication to Project Leads in the shop.
- Break down and summarize RFPs for review with Project Management team.
- Prepare Shop drawings for review.
- Facilitate and document design team communications to ensure client directives and company commitments are mutually understood.
- Create procurement lists.
- Actively participate in project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
