Title: Sales Representative-Dental Labs

Company: A full-service dental lab specializing in Crown & Bridge, Flexible & Traditional Partials, Implants, Full Denture and Orthodontic Appliances

Description:

  • This position will start as a hybrid inside / outside sales role, which will transition to a full outside Territory Manager role
  • Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customers
  • Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through cold calling
  • Achieve 40+ outbound calls daily
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas
  • Coordinate sales efforts with sales team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer transitioning and satisfaction
  • Use CRM to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, issues, and potential opportunities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and training

Requirements:

  • 2 + years inside / outside sales experience
  • Target driven and proven track record of closing and attaining sales quotas
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills
  • Efficient in territory and time management
  • Ability to create and deliver custom sales pitches to specific audiences needs
  • Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $50k Base,110k OTE uncapped
