Role Highlights:
As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our dealership's success. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead Conversion Mastery: Orchestrate multiple appointments daily to boost showroom traffic.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with customers via phone, web, email, or in person, providing timely and professional responses.
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize Customer Relationship Management system and sales techniques to convert leads into appointments.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Educate clients on our inventory, products, and services while maintaining a positive and informative dialogue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Department Manager to meet individual and departmental goals.
