**Palm Beach Mitsubishi is looking for self-motivated, high performing BDC Managers who have a desire to learn. In this role, you will handle both the appointment setting/selling and financing of a vehicle transaction. Since you handle the deal from start to finish, you'll get compensated on both Sales and F&I profit. Your job is to contact customers like you do in a typical BDC - with high volume, high quality reach outs, building rapport, and then with the help of a Director close the deal including financing of the vehicle.**
**Receive 300+ unique leads a month OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role is $129,600 and 70% of Sales and Finance Executives achieve or exceed OTE within 12 months on the role.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate the vehicle to customers both in person and via the internet & overcome customer objections to close deals
- Work with a Sales & Finance Director to ensure all stipulations are collected for a loan
Qualifications:
- Must be a high performing BDC Manager at a current auto dealership
- Flexible schedule - weekend and evening hours required - Alternate between working 5 and 6 days a week
- Excellent communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
