ABOUT THE ROLE - This role is in our Austin, TX office and hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days WFH)

As a member of the Strategic Partnerships team, you will work collaboratively across functions in a highly matrixed environment to launch new partnership opportunities, with the goal of driving growth and engagement with Realtor's' products and services.

The goal of this position is to drive incremental revenue for the business by extending Realtor.com products and services into new markets, verticals, industries, or channels or innovating new solutions that add value to existing clients. This role will have responsibility for helping lead the vision and strategy for new vertical market opportunities as well as develop, handle and grow key current strategic alliance relationships.

This is an enterprise sales management position. This position will manage a sales team with quotas and need to work at all levels of the organization requiring cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to evaluate opportunities for growth and improvement on revenue and margin, and effectively align resources to capture those opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of strategic partnerships team including sales, operations, analytics, and account management
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic business line expansion and vertical growth expanding revenue streams and channels for business growth
  • Guide and support both new sales (prospecting to negotiations) and renewals / upsells to drive incremental revenue
  • Develop, implement, and execute initiatives ranging from capability building to revenue generating that will support strategic growth objectives
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including finance, analytics, product, engineering, and others to align and deliver on key projects and initiatives
  • Design the processes and systems needed to enable the growth and scale of our partnerships program, including our reporting and partner management infrastructure
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on business performance, seeking input and guidance on alignment with corporate goals and objectives
  • Build and/or maintain operational dashboards and reporting suite to track, manage, and provide insights on key metrics
  • Partner with leadership on monthly, annual, and long-range strategy, budget, and forecast planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university is required, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, sales strategy, product strategy or a high growth start up
  • General experience within the real estate industry preferred
  • 3+ years in lead generation / management (any industry)
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, including direct management experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment
  • Demonstrated success in building new and creative partnership solutions and joint value propositions
  • Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and track record of delivering results
  • Quick learner; must be a player/coach, willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute along side the team
  • Robust analytical skills with expertise in Excel required, SQL or Python a plus
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce required

Working Conditions:

The position requires prolonged standing or sitting and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Operates phones, computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment. Some travel is required for this position.
