Job Description:
Responsible for supporting and facilitating in planning, managing risks & issues, and overseeing the implementation of the project changes to individual countries. To drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the client values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Planning localized change management tools/materials in place and realized in country (CIA, communication & engagement plan)
- Collecting training content details
- Training scheduling and Workshop building
- Work closely with project manager and other central cluster resources, to secure focus on people, change, communication and training is included in the project plan.
- Coordinate the knowledge areas from internal/central BOT team to support countries to deliver change elements according to project plan - people, change, communication and training
- Facilitate the completion of stakeholder analysis including engagement plan
- Assist end users to identify local change impacts based on change impacts identified by the project.
- Follow up that identified change impacts are included in local communication and the engagement plan
- Facilitate and guide countries in scheduling training and follow up on participation to secure relevant co-workers have been assigned for training
- Ensure that implementation network is established, sustained and supported during and after the implementation
- Record and manage risks and issues related to transition and change
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field from an accredited college/university
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- 3-5 years of experience in internal and external change implementations
- Experience in projects and implementations
- Experience with change and organizational transformation
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
