Technical Integration Facility Manager

Provide operations, logistics, facility and special event support for Army Futures Command's (AFC) Synthetic Training Environment Cross Functional Team (STE CFT) Technical Integration Facility (TIF) in Orlando Florida.


Job Duties:

  • Lead planning, preparing, and executing industry conferences showcasing the organization's capabilities and increasing engagements.
  • Manage the STE CFT's SalesForce site enabling collaboration with industry.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization's lab increasing support for the organization and its external stakeholders.
  • Help plan and prepare the TIF in dealing with vendors and providing the resources they need to provide demos at the TIF.
  • Organize Storage for the TIF to assist in easy access to equipment.
  • Develop SOP's that will help organize, process, and provide information faster for the TIF.
  • Work directly with Facility Management to assist STE CFT by submitting work orders and request for daily operations and future projects.
  • Assist the STE CFT, and in particular the TIF in Logistics and Hand Receipt Support.
  • Provide support to the TIF and STE CFT for high visibility events to include Distinguished Visitor, Working Groups, Conferences, recruiting and other events.
  • Be able to set-up, break down, run and if needed demonstrate technical equipment capability.

Position Requirements:

  • Existing SECRET security clearance.
  • Excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior Army service preferred.
  • Experience with various Training Doctrine preferred.
  • Full time - 40 hours per week
  • Location: Orlando occasional travel to various locations.
  • Work Center: Office with some telework.
