We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Electronics Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Integration Innovation, Inc. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a critical role in creating virtual training solutions for Aviation Electronics Intermediate Level Technician (ATI) courses.
Key Responsibilities- Translate aviation terminology, procedures, and operations for the Virtual Training Suite (VTS) development team.
- Assist with product progress reporting, scheduling, and customer interface.
- Work closely with customers, supervisors, instructional systems designers, software designers, software engineers, and 3D artists to create interactive mobile, web, augmented reality, virtual reality, desktop training systems, serious games, and distributed learning simulations.
- Provide subject matter expertise through design meetings, storyboard creation, and software content validation.
- Collaborate with team members and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices to ensure a high-quality standard.
- Bachelor's degree plus at least eight years of applicable experience - or - an associate degree plus at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the following NEC (I13A, I17A, I25A, I26A, I33A, I34A, I35A).
- Experience serving as an ATI Instructor within the fleet.
- Ability to obtain/maintain SECRET security clearance.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Military experience as an instructor.
- Familiarity with NETC.
- Familiarity with software development, 3D creation, and gaming is a plus.
