Job Summary: We seek a skilled swim instructor with lifeguard certification to join our team. This part-time role involves teaching swim lessons and ensuring pool safety. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach swim lessons to various age groups and skill levels.
  • Develop lesson plans tailored to swimmers' needs.
  • Enforce pool safety rules and respond to emergencies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
  • Communicate with parents about participant progress.
Qualifications:

  • A certified swim instructor with lifeguard certification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols.
  • CPR and First Aid certified.
Uniforms: Lifeguards are required to wear SwimLabs uniform.

Hours: 6-30 hours per week
