Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with customers via phone and email, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Inquiry Resolution: Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage details, and premium payments.

Policy Updates: Assist clients in making changes to their policies, ensuring all modifications are documented correctly for future reference.

Claims Support: Guide customers through the claims process, gather necessary information, and facilitate timely resolutions.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering superior service and building rapport with clients.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all details are updated in the agency's system.


Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.

Problem Solving: The will to find solutions to problems, big and small.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately process information and maintain records.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality to provide reliable service to our clients.

Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
