Customer Service Representative III

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative III to join our team at Geico - Government Employees Insurance Company. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service consistently, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
