Overview:The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Intake of new jobs, transferring of internal jobs , closing jobs, and providing support to the Parts Department. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Intake of new jobs, transferring of internal jobs, and closing jobs
  • Accurately enter all incoming jobs into the company database.
  • Create and maintain job records, ensuring all necessary information is entered and updated.
  • Assist the Parts Department in coordinating the procurement and tracking of parts for each job.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure job details are properly communicated.
  • Manage documentation and ensure all records are properly organized and accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth job processing.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to job coordination in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred, but not required.
