Richland, United States NWFF Environmental Full time
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $20 - $28 DOE

NWFF Environmental is seeking ideal candidates willing to learn a life-long trade within the Umbrella of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) field. We are offering a career, not a job. Our technicians undergo rigorous training for the first six months to a year of employment, along with ample opportunity for on the job training. In a year you will have barely scratched the surface of your growth potential and your potential to influence the growth of the company. NWFF operates up and down the West Coast of the United States, including in Alaska. WA Operations consist primarily of time-critical abatement and remediation work and emergency response operations, making this the ideal position for someone looking for a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, punctual, open-minded, ready to learn, prepared to listen and possess the desire to work in a fast-paced, emergency response, and time-critical environment. This candidate will not be satisfied with average performance and will seek to be the best at whatever task they are assigned striving always for improvement. The phrase "That's the way I/We have always done it" will not be a part of the ideal candidate's vocabulary or thought process. They will pay attention to details and will include a brief summary in their cover letter of what the following statement means to them: "The pursuit of perfection will result in excellence." The candidate will enter this profession at an entry-level level, but will have a background in construction, laboratory work, chemical handling, safety management, or other related work. They will understand that learning is a lifelong pursuit of knowledge. Being part of a dynamic team will foster growth, additional opportunities, and a sense of camaraderie unparalleled by any other industry.

NWFF operates with five core values that drive day-to-day decision-making, employee organizational fit, and govern the way we conduct business. The five values are:
