Qualis Corporation is seeking a Release and Deployment Management (RDM) Manager to be responsible for supporting:

  • Scheduling baseline and emergency releases
  • Managing deployment to sites
  • Providing notifications of upcoming releases
  • Providing training documentation for baseline deployments - establish back-out criteria for the ITSM System
  • Supports procurement of IT assets when requested.
  • Supports the tagging and tracking of all IT assets and supports the location and identification of their owners.
  • Receives IT assets, when requested, and ensures delivery to correct locations.
  • Assists Enterprise Engineer in report definitions as required.
  • Consults on technical aspects of RDM (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Manager - 4 to 7 years’ experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management required
  • Analyst - 0-4 years of experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management required
  • Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance
  • ITIL foundations preferred
  • 2 years' JIRA experience preferred
