We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. This is an in office position and offers a competitive base pay ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus unlimited commission.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Prospecting: Cold Calling, Marketing and other methods of outreach to potential clients.

Sales Generation: Actively work to generate new business and grow our client base through effective sales strategies.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Policy Management: Manage client policies, including renewals, updates, and modifications as needed.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty to the agency.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License Required, or ability to attain.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with a team to achieve common goals.
