CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply and Services Manager to oversee the supply chain, logistics, and services operations at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. This role will involve managing the procurement, storage, distribution, and maintenance of supplies and services required to support the organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.  The Services Supervisor is responsible for all service operations under this effort and must have at least seven years of supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in supply management.  This position is contingent upon contract award. 

 

Daily activities may include: 

The Services Supervisor is responsible for all service operations under this effort and must have at least seven years of supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in supply management.. The Services Supervisor must possess operational skills and knowledge of automated supply and fueling systems.

 

Qualifications

  • Fuel Handlers Course graduate or capable of completing course.
  • Fuel Master (PROKEE) working knowledge.
  • Defense Fuels Managers Course preferred, not required.
  • Strong understanding of Class 3B, AFMIS and STORE procedures.
  • Overall understanding of GFEBS, AMPS, EPoS and GCSS-Army.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army procedures and logistics information systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform various office documentation activities including gathering and filing records, reporting on use of materials, monitoring customer requests.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull minimum of 30 pounds.
  • May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a shop where the environment is drafty, noisy, and dirty.
