Job Summary

CYNWAVE Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Installation Supply and Services Supervisor to oversee supply and services operations at a military installation. This role combines supervisory responsibilities for managing supply and logistics with coordinating and maintaining Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC) information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the installation's supply and services functions, including supply support activities, property management, and warehouse operations.
  • Supervise, train, and manage a team of supply technicians, clerks, and other logistics personnel, ensuring all activities comply with regulations and contract requirements.
  • Oversee requisition, receipt, storage, issue, inventory, accounting, inspection, turn-in, and disposal of rations, ensuring compliance with AR 30-22 and related manuals.
  • Conduct monthly inventory and account closures and participate in annual year-end closeout processes.
  • Ensure availability and issue of various operational rations and related items, as requested by customers.
  • Supervise asset requisition, receipt, inventory, issue, redistribution, and tracking using appropriate LIS, following related regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, handling items with proper documentation and certifications.
  • Manage requisitioning, receiving, issuing, redistributing, and inventory of various supply classes, ensuring compliance with regulations and related SOPs.
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, and transaction recording at CRP, and manage automated manifest systems.
  • Ensure security and proper handling of sensitive items, including arms, night vision devices, and other equipment, and oversee related serialization programs.
  • Oversee receipt, issuance, and shipping of repairable items, ensuring adherence to maintenance program guidance.
  • Manage storage, issuance, and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment and support AMC de-processing teams.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control processes, including ordering, receipt, storage, distribution, and accountability of supplies and equipment.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for managing and operating DoDAACs for the installation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information following Army and DoD policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Prior experience with supply and logistics operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Army logistics systems, such as GCSS-Army, SAMS, SARSS, PBUSE, or equivalent systems. Strong understanding of DoDAAC management and Army supply chain processes.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance standards, regulations, and technical manuals, especially within the program's scope.
  • Strong knowledge of Army supply and property accountability procedures.
  • Prior experience working on similar Department of Defense (DoD) logistics contracts.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills, with the ability to build and lead effective teams.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team, manage workflow, and ensure high-performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with military personnel, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and noise.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and walking.
