We are seeking to hire an Art Development Coordinator for our Art Studio Art Development Team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Art Development team through the coordination of projects. This role will be to work closely with the Art Development and Production teams to ensure communications and information on projects is shared and well organized. This person should be able to support and complete multiple projects at any given time and understand the time-sensitive nature of the product development cycle. This role reports directly to the Director of Art Development. 
In This Role
  • Partner with the Director of Art Development and Art Development Specialists to assist with new artist, content, and product developments
  • Prepare professional, branded presentations for internal and external customer use
  • Support the artist originals onboarding process
  • Support the process for artist onboarding documents, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Coordinate the review process for all samples, including both Four Hands branded and customer developments
  • Manage art development timelines and calendars
  • Coordinate project needs by communicating cross-functionally
  • Track and manage samples of new products, maintaining data and communications
  • Effectively facilitate communication to ensure that all stakeholders are informed
  • Maintain and improve internal communication quality by assisting in resolving problems, identifying opportunities, suggesting system improvements, and supporting change
  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Art Development and Art Development Specialists
  • Domestic travel as needed, up to 4 domestic trips per year
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team 
  • Other tasks as defined by Management

The Ideal Person
  • 3 years of experience in an office setting preferred 
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills  
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills 
  • Familiarity with wall art 
  • Detail oriented, fast learner 
  • Works with a sense of urgency with the ability to balance competing priorities 
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
