We are hiring a passionate Art Development Coordinator to join our Art Studio Art Development Team. This role is all about driving creativity and efficiency by meticulously coordinating projects. Collaborating closely with our Art Development and Production teams, you'll ensure seamless communication and well-organized project information. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling multiple projects while understanding the urgency of our product development cycle. 
In This Role
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Art Development and our Art Development Specialists to support onboarding of new artist, content, and product innovations
  • Craft polished, branded presentations that captivate both internal stakeholders and our valued customers
  • Be the foundation in our artist onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration to support monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Coordinate the meticulous review process for all samples, from Four Hands branded to customer developments, ensuring each project meets our exacting standards
  • Manage art development timelines and calendars, keeping every project on track and aligned with our creative vision
  • Forge strong cross-functional relationships to coordinate project needs and streamline communication
  • Track and manage new product samples, maintaining clear data and facilitating effective communications across all levels
  • Maintain and improve internal communication quality by assisting in resolving problems, identifying opportunities, suggesting system improvements, and supporting change
  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Art Development and Art Development Specialists
  • Domestic travel as needed; up to 4 domestic trips per year
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team 
  • Other tasks as defined by Management

The Ideal Person
  • 3+ years of experience in an office setting preferred 
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills  
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills 
  • Familiarity with wall art is a plus
  • Works with a sense of urgency with the ability to balance competing priorities 
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
