  • Keeps all team members informed regarding internal issues and external developments.
  • Provides team members with support and motivation.
  • Exhibits objectivity and openness to other’s views; demonstrates ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Delegates work appropriately and follows through to ensure optimal results.

  • Assists Imaging Center Team Leaders in preparing operating budgets and effectively analyzes financial performance against those budgets.
  • Assist Imaging Center Team Leads and Managers in handling customer issues and concerns.
  • Ensures each Imaging Center is in compliance with Patient Experience Standards.
  • Complies with Radiologix purchase agreements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be demonstrated by a four-year degree in business or a related field or 5 years of medical imaging operations; management experience; and ARRT certification.
