About Us:

Diality Inc, a privately held medical device company located in Irvine, CA is committed to improving the quality of life for patients with kidney disease. We are developing a smart, flexible, portable hemodialysis machine that will enable patients to self-treat at home or wherever they travel. The extremely versatile hemodialysis solution will allow more patients to benefit from their true dialysis prescription at home or in a variety of care settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, and dialysis centers, without the need for pre-mixed dialysate bags or external water-treatment systems.

Diality is seeking a Human Resources Intern currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including administration, compliance, and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

· Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.

· Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Compliance:

· Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

· Collaborate with the HR team to update and maintain policies and procedures.

· Participate in audits and compliance reviews.

HR Information Systems (HRIS):

· Gain hands-on experience with HRIS software to maintain accurate employee data.

· Assist in the implementation and improvement of HRIS processes.

· Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making within the HR department.

Employee Relations:

· Assist in addressing employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

· Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Learning and Development:

· Support the coordination of training programs and initiatives.

· Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative, and professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

️‍• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

• Familiarity with an HRIS and ADP a plus

Physical Demands:

· This position will require minimal lifting for some periods of sitting.

Working Environment:

• Onsite 3 days in Irvine Office

Travel:

• No Travel Expectations for this position.
