Who We are Looking For?

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role does not involve direct reports but plays a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive leads.

What You Will Work On?

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

  • Manage digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and implement innovative ideas to enhance campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing decisions.

What You Bring to the  beem® Light Sauna ?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
