Who We are Looking For?
Join the beem® Light Sauna team as a proactive and seasoned Franchise Development Recruiter, driving our franchise recruitment efforts to new heights. We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies within the franchise industry, skilled at converting prospects into valued franchise partners.
This role calls for someone with a robust background in B2B or B2C business development or recruitment, proficient in both cold outreach and nurturing inbound leads. Reporting directly to the VP of Franchise Development, this role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from initial outreach to final negotiations.
As a Franchise Development Recruiter, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Lead Generation and Management: Develop and execute effective strategies to generate and manage leads, utilizing inbound and outbound tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, industry events participation, and digital platform leverage.
- Prospect Nurturing: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing comprehensive information about the franchise opportunity and guiding them through the initial inquiry stages.
- Recruitment Strategy Execution: Collaborate closely with the VP of Franchise Development to implement the recruitment strategy, targeting specific markets and demographics aligned with our brand’s expansion objectives.
- Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct rigorous screenings and interviews to evaluate potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and financial prerequisites.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation. Deliver regular reports on recruitment progress and offer insights for process enhancement to the VP of Franchise Development.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to industry standards and best practices, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards during negotiations.
What You Woud bring to the beem® Light Sauna Team?
- Two years of relevant work experience in business development or recruitment, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting, with specific exposure to franchise development highly desirable.
- At least a high school diploma or GED.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering relationships with potential business partners.
