JOB SUMMARY

Vice President of Sales provides strategic leadership to the sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Their ability to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends ensures the organization stays competitive.

Vice President of Sales plays a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships and exploring new business opportunities. With effective leadership, the sales team can meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business success and profitability.

You will:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships
  • Setting sales targets and forecasting sales volumes
  • Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed
  • Ensuring the proper use of CRM database and tools to track performance
  • Leading the team and inspiring high performance by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance

If You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum four plus years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in radiology. Previous management or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships, delegate responsibility, authority and provide appropriate direction to staff.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, product knowledge, judgment, discretion and decision-making and influence to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.

  • Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance.
