Quality Wash Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Carwash Service Manager to oversee our carwash operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. The successful candidate will possess a passion for customer service, exceptional leadership abilities, and a robust skill set in team management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the daily operational aspects of the service team, inclusive of staff supervision, scheduling, and the facilitation of efficient workflow.
- Ensure stringent adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance for all carwash equipment and facilities.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of customer service benchmarks to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide training, mentorship, and motivation to carwash personnel to foster the consistent delivery of exceptional service and to cultivate a positive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including carwash supplies and equipment, to support smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Required Qualifications:
- A proven track record of experience in the carwash industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

- Profound knowledge of carwash operations, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
