Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
2. A minimum of two years of experience in retail management is preferred.
3. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as to perform various physical tasks throughout the store.
5. Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Basic proficiency in English, mathematics, and computer skills is required.
