As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join us in the role of Landscaping Business Development Manager.  We currently have 7 locations throughout MD and VA.   


**Position Overview:**  

**Role:** Landscaping Business Development Manager

**Location:** Richmond / Hampton Roads Areas

**Type:** Full-time  


**Responsibilities:**

1. **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, fostering strategic partnerships              and collaborations.

2. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer            satisfaction throughout the project                    lifecycle.

3. **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.

4. **Proposal Development:** Prepare and present compelling proposals, tailored to the unique needs of clients, showcasing our landscaping             expertise.

5. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless communication and successful                  project delivery.

6. **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.  


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in business development within the construction or landscaping industry.

- Strong understanding of landscaping concepts, design, and construction processes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

- Ideal candidates would be geographically positioned to service both Richmond and Hampton Roads areas, if possible.
