QA Technician (MRB)
Job description:
As a QA Technician with an MRB focus, you will be responsible for retrieving all MRB items from the production lines. You will review non-conforming material forms for accuracy and completeness. Non-conforming material will be processed through the ERP system, all data entered into TrackWise, and parts physically moved to the MRB area. You will be responsible for emailing suppliers to request RMAs and requesting POs upon RMA approval. Additionally, you will be responsible for escalating issues such as supplier unresponsiveness and MRB trends.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- High organizational abilities
- Proficiency with applications such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent typing skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
