About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in our team, not only overseeing multiple high-value projects totaling up to $1.8 million but also mentoring and training new Project Managers. What You’ll Do:

  • Define and Drive Project Success: Use your expertise to establish project scopes, manage budgets, and ensure profitability across multiple jobs.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and claim representatives to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Secure profitable contracts with subcontractors and manage ongoing project costs to hit margin goals.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Lead, train, and coach a diverse team of employees and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • On-Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to verify progress, address challenges, and provide support to your team.
  • Safety Advocacy: Promote a culture of safety by training teams on procedures and minimizing risks on all job sites.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients through various channels.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Lead company trainings and contribute to the onboarding process for new Project Managers, sharing your expertise and insights.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry or a related supervisory role
  • Strong proficiency in software programs like Xactimate, PSA, and Contractor Connection
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Expect to work in varied environments, from clean sites to challenging conditions. Protective gear will be provided as needed. This role requires physical strength and agility, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate ladders and scaffolding, and maintain balance in diverse settings.
