Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrators to develop and implement strategies for optimizing clinical operations, improving patient outcomes, and increasing overall efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that clinical practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, including local, state, and federal guidelines.
Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials to healthcare staff to support best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Management: Lead and manage clinical improvement projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of outcomes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
Data Analysis: Analyze clinical data to identify trends, measure performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client organizations, addressing their needs and providing expert advice and support.
Qualifications:
Education: Advanced degree in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or a related clinical field (e.g., MSN, MD, MPH).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a consulting or advisory role.
Licensure: Relevant clinical licensure (e.g., RN, MD) and certifications as required by the role.
