The BHPA works closely with operations leadership and behavioral health team members to optimize the operations-oriented workflows around patient care at Greater Portland Health (GPH). The BHPA will perform practice duties as well as ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction. The BHPA will provide operations leadership with frequent updates on identified areas needing improvement and highlighting areas of opportunity for increased operational efficiency and efficacy.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Level 3 English required
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Experience with NextGen highly preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in a medical office setting preferred
