Behavioral Health Residential Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Administrator to join our team at Rockwood RTH in Gresham, Oregon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing daily managerial oversight of our residential treatment program and ensuring the success of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals. Responsibilities- Provide daily managerial oversight of the residential treatment program
- Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with ColumbiaCare employees, the State of Oregon, and other professional agencies providing services
- Maintain up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, including accounting of client and facility funds, training and activity records, and medical and health supports
- Supervise and evaluate staff, and ensure adequate client supervision and support
- Be knowledgeable about personnel policies, OAR, and applicable rules and standards of other regulatory agencies such as OSHA
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Have prior work experience as a Residential Administrator or have a proven history as an Assistant Administrator within ColumbiaCare Services
- Have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
