Title: Desktop Support

Duration: 3-6 Months

Location: Dallas, TX 75231

Rate: $30-$35

This person needs to be comfortable being the face of their office, exudes confidence and can stand on their own.

Things this resource will need to do:

Email issues, unable to connect to VPN, user not able to access his PC, AD changes, printer set up/admin access, new user setups, phones and printer issues, spam issue, date on printer needs to be updated, issue new laptops, zoom error.
