About The Position
Intuitive Machines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple long-term contracts and support the operations of our local office. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in managing government, academic, scientific, and/or technical contracts.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple long-term contracts and oversee their successful execution
Support the operations of our local office
Oversee teams of engineers and scientists working on various tasks across multiple contracts
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Monitor project performance and implement necessary improvements
Provide leadership and direction to project teams
Manage facilities and operations as needed
Qualifications:
10-20 years of experience managing multi-million dollar contracts
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business is preferred
Experience managing teams of up to 50 people
Strong background in managing government, academic, scientific, and/or technical contracts
Experience in managing facilities and operations
Capable of leading groups of engineers and scientists across multiple tasks and contacts
