Job Description:
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compliance with legal regulations. You will work closely with our legal and administrative teams to ensure that our HR strategies align with our firms goals and support a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions within the firm.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave, and enforce company policies and practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
