We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals, with a passion for helping families to join our team. We have full-time and part-time career opportunities working fully remote. Looking for those starting at entry level to highly experienced representatives.

We were established with the goal to help protect families and individuals from the unexpected with personalized life insurance coverage. We have a warm lead system, provide a mentoring agent and give you complete control and autonomy of your schedule. We are looking for candidates who share the same core values as we do. Our perfect candidate will be self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a commission based sales position. A 5% raise in commission is attainable every two months based on production
  • Agents will call clients, qualify, and set up the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through zoom and help them apply for an insurance policy.
  • Must hold a Life insurance license or be willing to obtain with help from Symmetry
  • Access to the internet and zoom capabilities
Compensation:
We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available-no cold calls. Online training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $500-600 per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week. 
  • Part-Time agents make approximately $30k-$60K+ in their first year
  • Full-Time agents make approximately $80K-$190K+ in their first year
  • Agency Owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200k-$500K + a year
