IM Solutions is searching for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV/IT, Engineering and Service/Maintenance departments with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal Operations Manager will have strong leadership skills, experience in technology-based project management, and a commitment to upholding our company's core values. 

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
  • Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
  • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill: 
This is a partial list.  Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Plan, communicate, and track all aspects of the IM Solutions Operations department
  • Lead weekly Line of Business (LOB) meetings
  • Lead weekly Operations department meetings
  • Actively participate in weekly Leadership meetings
  • Work closely with Leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures
  • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Serve as a key point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. 
  • Work collaboratively with all IMS Solutions staff for the greater good of the company

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology-based project management and construction methodology
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit or experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to drive a company provided fleet vehicle.
  • Ability to load and unload equipment weighing a minimum of 35 pounds.
