DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Minimum of 5 years in Quality Control or a related department, with supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Understanding of Quality Management System requirements, including ISO 9001:2008 and/or AS9100 standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As the Quality Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage quality control systems, ensuring products meet rigorous standards and customer requirements. Ideal candidates will excel in a high-performing team, bringing dedication, passion, and innovative thinking to the role.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Oversee and lead the Quality Department, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality System, ensuring it meets internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection.
  • Monitor and maintain sub-contract quality ratings, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support ISO and AS9100 audits, ensuring all quality management processes are up to standard.
  • Assist in customer audits, providing detailed reports, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct one-to-one reviews and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
