Aquinas Consulting is looking to fill a Quality Manager job for our client located in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production requirements.
Quality Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Quality Department and maintain the Quality System.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Maintain subcontractor quality ratings.
- Serve as a member of the ISO Management Team.
- Perform duties as an FAA Repair Station Repairman.
- Support ISO and AS9100 audits.
- Conduct one-to-one and performance reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QC inspector or part of a quality department, with supervisory or management experience.
- General understanding of Quality Management System requirements, including ISO 9001:2008 and/or AS9100 standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization daily.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a strong team environment.
