Position Overview

We are seeking a Title Assistant for our growing business.

Primary Responsibilities

Contacting buyer(s), seller(s), realtor(s) and lender(s) to verify & obtain information in the file.

Review files & obtain the necessary documentation, such as inspections, invoices and other fees to be paid at closing.

Review documents for accuracy and communicate with the parties for the closing.

Be available to answer questions from any and all parties regarding the files.

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Customer service

Experience with real estate procedures is a plus

High attention to detail

Benefits and Pay

Holiday Pay and PTO after 60 days of employment

Retirement benefits

Health insurance benefits

Pay is based on related experience & performance.

Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30-5:00, overtime with approval
