Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, answering inquiries and providing information about the firm's services.
  • Case Assessment: Conduct initial interviews with prospective clients to gather detailed information about their injury, accident circumstances, and potential legal claims.
  • Documentation: Collect and organize relevant documents such as medical records, accident reports, and witness statements to support the intake process.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input client information and case details into the firm's case management system.
  • Case Screening: Evaluate the viability of potential cases based on the information gathered and firm guidelines, and refer qualified cases to attorneys for further review.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospective clients during the intake process, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and providing updates on case status.
