The Regional Clinical Specialist will report directly to the Regional Vice President in each region and is the direct liaison between Kreg Therapeutics and the clinicians at each hospital we operate. The Regional Clinical Specialist will support the Commercial Sales & Implementation Team in strategic accounts providing clinical support and education to the multidisciplinary teams. The Regional Clinical Specialist is responsible for promoting product usage for new implementations and key accounts (Level 1-2 trauma centers) by educating clinicians, helping identify appropriate patients, and supporting utilization of our Vertical Bed technology in the ICU, as well as our Bariatric beds.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of Verticalization Therapy in the ICU setting by educating clinicians and helping the multidisciplinary teams understand how VT can support early mobility programs
  • Educate and promote the benefits of our Bariatric bed in strategic accounts
  • Assist with Therapy & Clinical support of patients and skilled hospital staff
  • Support West Region Implementation Manager & Key Account Managers conducting demonstrations and evaluations in interested accounts
  • Help support clinical trials for our products in new hospitals
  • Support the local operations team with Bed Fleet Management if needed
  • Become skilled at testing, troubleshooting, operating all Kreg Therapeutics products and help clinicians with usage, operation, and troubleshooting of beds
  • Accurately complete daily reporting requirements.
  • Engage with hospital staff to provide optimal customer service on training and educating around the proper use of products understand the additional clinical resources needed to help Kreg identify future needs for studies, etc.
  • Work with our internal team, including Sr. Director Clinical to enhance our clinical library of resources and education for customers
  • Established and nurtured enduring relationships with influential decision-makers and key stakeholders through the key accounts.
Requirements:

Requirements of the job:

  • 2-3+ years clinical role, preferably in the ICU setting
  • Experience as a RN, RT, or PT, with successful history managing clinical interactions, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with early mobility & safe patient handling programs
  • A proven track record in the ability to educate clinicians to consider and embrace new ideas, with an emphasis on new patient care practices, based upon clinical evidence and new, innovative technologies
  • This role will require frequent travel to our Level 1-2 trauma centers in the West. 50% travel is estimated.
