About the Position:


As a Partner Success Representative, you will manage and drive all partner success activities, including onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship management. We’re seeking a proactive, polished professional with a passion for building relationships and a track record of initiative.


Essential Functions:


- Serve as the primary contact for partners, managing accounts via phone, email, webinars, and occasional in-person meetings.

- Become an expert in our services and educate partners on their benefits and usage.

- Own the overall relationship with partners, focusing on onboarding, training, engagement, and retention.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, addressing issues and delighting them with a customer-centric attitude.

- Collaborate with partners to ensure they are effectively leveraging our services and realizing their value.

- Work cross-departmentally to provide an exceptional partner experience and resolve any issues that arise.

- Advocate for partners by capturing their feedback and relaying it to Management and Development.

- Share best practices with team members to continuously enhance our processes' quality and efficiency.

- Conduct regular check-ins to identify objectives, address friction points, and gather feedback on satisfaction.

- Manage account retention and renewal to maintain a solid revenue base.

- Perform other duties as assigned.


Skills and Qualifications:

- 2+ years in customer success or account management roles.

- Strong business acumen with experience presenting to key decision-makers.

- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Exceptional collaboration skills and a genuine desire to contribute to customer success.

- Professional and responsible problem solver with strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
