Position Title: Group Insurance Sales Agent - No prior experience 

Location: Florida - Tampa Bay

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels

  2. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their financial objectives and risk management needs.

  3. Product Education: Stay informed about our group life insurance products and industry trends, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and coverage options to potential clients.

  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling insurance proposals that address clients' specific needs, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through exceptional service, ongoing support, and timely follow-ups.

  6. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to achieving results.

  7. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies governing the sale and promotion of insurance products, ensuring ethical conduct and transparency in all interactions.
