Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients secure their financial future and will thrive in a commission-driven environment. This role offers unlimited earning potential with no cap on commission, allowing you to maximize your income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate products.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our insurance products.
  • Policy Customization: Customize insurance policies to meet clients' specific needs and ensure they are adequately covered.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance with policy changes, claims, and renewals.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new insurance products to effectively advise clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to maximize commission earnings.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Track record in sales. Previous experience in a commission-based role is highly desirable.
  • Licensing: The ability to obtain licensing within a specified timeframe.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
    • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Commission: Unlimited commission potential with no cap on earnings.
