CDR Maguire Engineering is currently seeking a Construction Inspection Administrative Assistant to join our Allentown, PA office to provide clerical and administrative support for our Construction Services Division. This is a full-time hybrid position.

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties:

This position will perform a variety of clerical and administrative services that requires hands-on computer proficiency and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities will include answering the phone, managing office and Construction Inspection supplies, word processing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision after initial training. An individual who can see and assess what needs to be done and assist the team in doing whatever is necessary to complete projects in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Construction Industry experience preferred.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

· High level of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, strong communication, internal and external customer service skills with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to respond to changing demands.

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Construction Inspectors.
