Job Duties:

  • Open and distribute incoming mail, via USPS or email
  • Obtain required approvals on all vendor invoices
  • Data entry of vendor invoices into GP software
  • Reply to vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received
  • Obtain W-9’s where needed
  • Maintain AP filing
  • Assist with weekly check run
  • Communicate and work with all company locations

Our Minimum Requirements for this Position:

  • Associates degree in accounting with relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in teams
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
